Read your account’s current request-unit usage. Billable: no.

This is the only API-key-authenticated way to read usage — the REST equivalent, GET /v1/account/usage, is Session-authenticated only.

utilization is a pre-rounded ratio (4 decimal places) computed server-side — never recompute it client-side.
